Hadrosaur
Hadrosaurids, or duck-billed dinosaurs, are members of the family Hadrosauridae. The family, which includes Edmontosaurus and Parasaurolophus, was a common herbivore in the Upper Cretaceous Period (66-73 million years ago) of what is now Asia, Europe and North America.
Hadrosaurids were the first dinosaur family to be identified in North America - the first traces being found in 1855-1856 with the discovery of fossil teeth.
