Quarried from near Delta, Utah, these trilobites come from one of the USA's largest Cambrian Age outcrops! Specimens like this found in the shale layer make for beautiful contrast against the grey colored matrix and pitch black calcite fossil for study or display specimens.
These trilobites were thought to have been scavenging feeders in cold waters, along the sea floors, eating dead remnants and algae, traversing the oceans in large schools.
A one of a kind piece, made by hand, this beautiful fossil trilobite was craftily set into this sterling silver setting. Each of these fossils are unique and make each to be special and individual.
